Art Therapy for children and families

Art therapy can be a powerful force for change in the lives of children, adults and families.

ADHD. Autism. Anxiety. Low Self-Esteem. Learning Difficulties. Emotional Regulation. Social Skills. Anger.

At Ultimate Transformations we focus on visual art-making, but include play, drama, puppetry, dance, creative movement as well as drumming/rhythm.

Art for Wellness Social Skills Groups for kids

In our Art for Wellness – SOCIAL SKILLS groups we focus on having fun and using our imaginations while enabling children to explore and express feelings, relieve tension, solve problems, and grow their social skills.

Activities include art making, drumming, dancing, deep breathing and yoga-based movements.

Groups are run with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 participants for 5 weeks.
Each session is 1.5 hours
